The 2023 Rotary Day of Service is on May 20, 2023!
This upcoming May event will dwarf last year's activity. They have expanded from 2 to 8 Rotary Districts; from 100 to 450 projects, and from 4000 to 12,000 Rotarians from 5 states and 2 countries. The Southern Connecticut District along with hundreds of clubs and thousands of Rotarians from New York to Massachusetts will come out and join together for a massive day of impact in our communities.
On Saturday, April 9, 2022, more than 100 Rotary clubs and 4,000 Rotarians from Connecticut and Massachusetts volunteered in their communities for an unprecedented Rotary Day of Service, collecting clothes for the homeless, refurbishing parks, and much more.
Madison Rotary played a big part in this program by holding a Clothing Drive on the Madison Town Green to provide clothes for those in need across the shoreline of Connecticut.
