Yankees Make it 11 Wins in a Row, Nip Braves; Red Sox Win, Mets Shutout

In MLB Tuesday, the Yankees ran their winning streak to 11 in a row, nipping the Braves 5-4. DJ LeMahieu, Giancarlo Stanton and Rougned Odor all homered for New York. The Yankees led 5-3 going to the bottom of the 9th. The Braves had scored 1 run and had the bases loaded, but reliever Wandy Peralta, who relieved Aroldis Chapman , got the final out and saved the victory.

The Red Sox outslugged the Twins 11-9. Hunter Renfroe hit 2 Home Runs and Enrique Hernandez and Travis Shaw each hit 1 Home Run for Boston.

The Mets were shutout by the Giants 8-0 at Citi Field. Tylor Megill took the loss for the Mets.
